Miss Saigon | Our Story

Miss Saigon on Walnut Street

Miss Saigon on Walnut Street

We opened Miss Saigon as an homage to the streets and markets of Vietnam, right here in Center City Philadelphia. Everything in the place, from the menu to the lanterns, points back to that.

The menu starts with small bites in the spirit of the markets: Chả Giò spring rolls, Saigon grilled skewers and Braised Pork Belly Bao. Order a few and share.
The Room

The Room

We wanted the decor to feel like a nostalgic ode to Vietnam, and we set it up so tables could connect. Ask for a seat upstairs if you can, where you look out over a canopy of lanterns.

Cocktails in Pride Colors

Our Philly Pride Flag cocktails carry the colors of the LGBTQ+ Pride flag and are named for places in Vietnam, like March of Sa Pa and Hội An Landing. Each has a pronunciation guide on the menu.
